Visual Metaphors

“Visual Metaphors” was a looping animation I created for an Animating Science course in the University of Connecticut. For this project, I collaborated with a young woman studying the lancet liver fluke, a parasite that has the ability to control ants that it infects.

To go along with this subject, I designed and animated a black and white horror homage where ants are being literally controlled by the parasite in a factory-like setting.
